#3 The patient will return to receive the trays, as well as a kit that contains syringes loaded with professional-grade whitening gel that will be loaded into the custom trays. Instructions will be given for at-home application.
#4 A two-week follow up appointment will be made in order to check on the progress of the whitening. If needed, the patient will be given a refill for their whitening gel.
